Describe your role at recruitAbility.

I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Managed Recruitment Solutions Division who supports our Envista account. I work directly with their business leaders to support their technical needs.

What made you want to work in recruiting?

I love the idea of being able to affect change while working with people to accomplish their goals.

What is your favorite part of recruiting?

My favorite part of recruiting is being able to work with business leaders to discover what they need to support their team and being able to go out and find the ideal candidate who may have been overlooked in the past.

What made you want to join recruitAbility?

The team and culture here  are what made me want to join. It has never been where I work but who I work with that means the most to me in evaluating a potential career move.

Do you have a favorite business book or podcast?

My favorite business book is The Compound Effect and my favorite podcast is Total Human Optimization.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I enjoy hanging out with friends, going to music shows around town, working out, and watching sports.

What is your favorite thing to do around Austin?

Head out to the lake to paddle board or be on a boat with my dogs.
