Describe your role at recruitAbility.

I’m a sourcing consultant with background in technology.

What made you want to work in recruiting?

The opportunity fell into my lap about a year or so ago and I’ve loved getting to explore this industry and grow my career within it.

What is your favorite part of recruiting?

Meeting new people and networking! I love that I get to help people find their dream job, but also that I get to meet and learn from such talented people daily.

What made you want to join recruitAbility?

It’s an amazing opportunity to expand my knowledge and grow within my career but was also completely sold on the culture and great group of people I get to work with

Do you have a favorite business book or podcast?

I don’t have a favorite but do enjoy listening to Ted talks occasionally!

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I like photography as well as true crime! You can typically find me watching ID or some sort of criminal psychology documentary.

What is your favorite thing to do around Austin?

I haven’t had the pleasure of visiting yet, but I am excited to eventually see the office and beautiful TX![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
