What YOU get to DO in this leadership role:

Oversee full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for the branch, ensuring financial goals are met.

Hire, train, and manage team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct internal audits to ensure financial and operational accuracy.

Set pricing strategies and ensure acceptable sales margins across all product lines.

Lead both inside and outside sales teams, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service standards.

Manage branch scheduling, monitor overtime, and ensure operational efficiency.

Evaluate and expand product offerings based on market demand and customer needs.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this high-impact role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with customers and vendors effectively.
