As the company continues to thrive, they are seeking a dedicated and driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, operational excellence, and customer service expertise to effectively manage the branch’s performance and drive growth.

What YOU get to DO in this leadership role:

  • Oversee full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for the branch, ensuring financial goals are met.

  • Hire, train, and manage team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct internal audits to ensure financial and operational accuracy.

  • Set pricing strategies and ensure acceptable sales margins across all product lines.

  • Lead both inside and outside sales teams, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries and excellent service standards.

  • Manage branch scheduling, monitor overtime, and ensure operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate and expand product offerings based on market demand and customer needs.

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

  • Prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this high-impact role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with customers and vendors effectively.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and a passion for operational success.
