Position Summary

The Divisional Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee and drive the operational excellence of this rapidly growing organization. This leader will manage a geographically dispersed team, ensuring streamlined and efficient operations across multiple locations, all while aligning with the organization’s broader strategic goals. The role requires a visionary leader capable of integrating diverse operations, fostering a unified culture, and optimizing performance through effective management of KPIs and team development, with an emphasis on driving organic growth into new markets.
