As our client continues to grow, they are expanding their Customer Success Team and seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Outbound – Contractor to play a key role in driving customer engagement. In this position, you will proactively reach out to small business owners to ensure they are maximizing the value of the platform and provide guidance on how to integrate it into their operations. This role is ideal for a high-energy, customer-focused professional who enjoys connecting with people, problem-solving, and helping businesses succeed.
What YOU get to DO in this high-profile position:
- Make 40+ outbound dials per day, proactively engaging with customers.
- Establish meaningful connections through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Prepare customers for training sessions, providing context and ensuring they maximize the platform’s value.
- Gather and document customer insights to help improve onboarding and product adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Problem-solve and educate customers on best practices for integrating the platform into their business.
- Represent our client as the front-line voice, ensuring customers receive proactive and strategic support.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- Background in customer success, outbound sales, or business consulting.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM for tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of home improvement, lending/credit, or SaaS customer support is a plus.
