In this role, you will provide exceptional support, strategic guidance, and hands-on training to small business owners in the home improvement industry, ensuring they maximize the platform’s value. What YOU get to DO in this high-profile position:
- Respond to inbound customer requests via phone, providing quick and empathetic support.
- Guide customers through our client’s platform, ensuring smooth integration into their business processes.
- Drive customer engagement and activity, ensuring they fully utilize the software to grow their businesses.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate customer issues related to education and product functionality.
- Share valuable customer feedback with product and engineering teams to enhance the platform.
- Manage multiple customer interactions and concurrent tasks efficiently.
- Champion the voice of the customer by ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed proactively.
- Create prepared responses for customer emails and texts to ensure consistent and effective communication.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Background in home improvement, lending/credit, or SaaS customer support or sales.
