Electrical Engineer

As the company expands its multidisciplinary engineering team, they are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming energy projects. What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for renewable energy applications, including microgrids, fuel cells, and linear generators.

• Utilize AutoCAD to create and interpret control drawings and system designs.

• Participate in fieldwork, including site visits, installations, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage engineering projects from concept through implementation.

• Address real-time design and maintenance challenges on complex systems.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• 1–5 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and control system design.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must reside in Southern California and be willing to travel in the region for fieldwork.

• Demonstrated interest in project management and innovative energy technologies.
