Enterprise Account Exec
Our client is a fast-growing provider of open-source database schema change management tools, seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. In this role, you will drive enterprise sales, build strong client relationships, and help organizations streamline and modernize their database management processes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise sales, a consultative approach, and experience managing complex sales cycles within the tech industry.

- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and target high-value prospects..
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with technical and executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies.
- Lead negotiations and close new customer contracts to meet or exceed assigned quotas.
- Accurately forecast revenue and track sales performance against goals.
- Maintain comprehensive customer, pipeline, and deal information in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and drive sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- 5+ years of successful software sales experience selling Open Source Solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise companies.
- Willingness/Ability to hunt and build out a new Territory from scratch.
- Skilled at communicating with multiple stakeholders to navigate complex enterprise sales deals.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is also required.
