Licensed Insurance Field Agent
Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven Field Service Agent to join their team. In this role, you will focus on acquiring new clientele, enrolling customers, and providing exceptional service and education to clients and the community. The position involves generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals, with a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding sales targets while building long-term relationships with clients. You will need to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and manage enrollments.
- Service and educate clients and the community.
- Generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Close deals and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Active General Lines – Health & Life Insurance License with the Texas Department of Insurance
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute and computer literacy.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely and traveling up to 2-3 weeks at a time during the work season.
- Flexibility and adaptability based on industry changes.
- Efficient in time management and maintaining work-life balance.
- Comfortable in a quota-based environment and achieving the minimum required quota for bonuses.
- Mandatory in-person training for the first 3-4 weeks.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based pay.
- Bonuses are available for meeting required quotas.
