What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain expense codes and allocation rules.
• Help design, implement, and develop a cutting-edge expense allocation system.
• Work closely with teams across the firm—including Fund Accounting, IT, Operations, and Compliance—to ensure seamless expense management.
• Ensure compliance with fund documents while maintaining accurate logs of decisions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of accounting systems and processes.
• Solve critical accounting and reporting challenges.
• Handle special projects and analysis for firm leadership, making an impact at the highest levels.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• 2-5 years of accounting experience in public accounting, private equity, fund admin, compliance, or similar fields.
• A B.A. or B.S. in Accounting (or related field). Bonus points if you’re a CPA or have equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in Excel and a strong grasp of accounting rules and practices.
• Exposure to private equity, partnership accounting, or alternative investments (a huge plus!).
• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
• A passion for learning and collaborating across diverse teams.
