What You’ll Do:

- Build for Growth: Develop scalable HR policies and frameworks to support rapid expansion and evolving needs.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (Master’s and SPHR certification highly preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- A proven track record of implementing HR policies in growth-focused organizations.
- Strategic thinking paired with adaptability, integrity, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A passion for innovation, particularly in leveraging new technologies to enhance processes.
- The ability to collaborate with external agencies and build key infrastructure while mentoring leaders and fostering a supportive culture.
