Our client is a leader in manufacturing solutions, specializing in advanced labeling, marking, and coding systems for a variety of industries. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Technical Field Service Technician to deliver top-tier technical support and service to their customers. This position requires out-of-state travel. 
What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:

  • Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise for hardware, software, and related accessories at the customer's location.
  • Install, integrate, and train customers on equipment functionality, both onsite and remotely.
  • Apply knowledge in electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customer teams, from operators to plant management.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific safety and protective equipment protocols.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, expenses, and operating procedures.
  • Foster and maintain positive customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related technical experience or equivalent training.
  • Expertise experience with technical support
  • Electrical and wiring training (certifications are a plus).
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A valid driver’s license is required 
  • The ability to travel out-of-state is required
