As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Technical Field Service Technician to deliver top-tier technical support and service to their customers. This position requires out-of-state travel.
What YOU get to DO at this innovative company:
- Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise for hardware, software, and related accessories at the customer's location.
- Install, integrate, and train customers on equipment functionality, both onsite and remotely.
- Apply knowledge in electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customer teams, from operators to plant management.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific safety and protective equipment protocols.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, expenses, and operating procedures.
- Foster and maintain positive customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related technical experience or equivalent training.
- Expertise experience with technical support
- Electrical and wiring training (certifications are a plus).
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- A valid driver’s license is required
- The ability to travel out-of-state is required
