We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager to ensure operational excellence at our plant, which operates 24/5 with occasional weekends. This role primarily covers the day shift (6:00 am – 4:00 pm) but requires flexibility to work other shifts as needed.

What YOU get to DO in this high-profile position:

  • Lead and manage a preventative maintenance program, ensuring optimal parts inventory and minimal downtime.
  • Oversee capital projects, from planning to successful execution.
  • Respond promptly to equipment failures and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the management team on initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving product quality.
  • Train, develop, and manage assigned staff, fostering skill enhancement and promoting continuous improvement in systems and processes.
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to enhance plant productivity and efficiency.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of maintenance supervisory experience OR
  • Associate Degree/2-Year Technical Certificate in a relevant discipline with 2-4 years of maintenance supervisory experience.
  • Broad technical knowledge, including Electrical, PLC, Mechanical, Machining, Boiler, Welding, and General Construction.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven supervisory and leadership abilities, with a focus on employee development.
  • Effective problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts, align performance with goals, and drive actionable results.
