As they continue growing, they are looking for a Corporate Fund Accountant to join their team in Dallas. This accountant, who will be a part of The Management Company Accounting team, is responsible for driving strong financial control processes that support the business in a value-added way across accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and treasury operations. This role will be a key part of the team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
Manage accounting responsibilities within the quarterly close cycle.
Perform a detailed monthly review of all P&L activity by individual Business Units.
Responsible for all facets of the expense allocation close process, including reviewing and analyzing all booked expenses.  
Manage consolidated quarterly financial reporting, including financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations.
Review fee-related items (management fees, transaction fee offsets, in-house services, specialized services).
Manage and perform special projects and analysis for leadership.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
An Accounting or Finance degree and 5-8 years of financial reporting and analysis experience
Strong accounting acumen and knowledge of GAAP and Statutory accounting principles
Professional certifications are a plus (CPA or equivalent) 
Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
Experience with alternative investments and management company accounting preferred
