What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop: Inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineers, CNC programmers, and manufacturing techs in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Optimize Manufacturing Excellence: Drive process improvements, oversee new machine calibrations (10+ incoming/planned CNC machines in 2025), and ensure peak production efficiency.
  • Project Management Powerhouse: Partner with operations, quality assurance, and R&D to enhance manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Cutting-Edge Innovation: Play a key role in launching additive manufacturing (3D printing) initiatives—an emerging strategic priority.
  • Metrics-Driven Leadership: Establish, track, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring all manufacturing objectives are met with precision.

What You Bring

  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
  • 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in CNC machining—from programming to troubleshooting and process refinement.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process validation, and quality control.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on technical oversight.
  • Bonus: Experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a major plus.
