Marketing Director

Our client operates a network of more than 10 marinas across the U.S., offering services such as boat sales, rentals, and waterfront hospitality. With a strong culture built around teamwork and a passion for the outdoors, they are now looking to bring on a Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing efforts across all business units. – Travel is required.
What YOU get to DO in this exciting leadership role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives traffic, leads, and revenue across marina, hospitality, and boat sales businesses.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, paid media, social content, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with on-site General Managers to align marketing initiatives with local needs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Identify creative, community-driven marketing opportunities such as sponsorships, local events, and partnerships.
- Build systems to track performance and ROI, generate insights, and ensure marketing efforts are sustained and effective over time.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this impactful role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing (e.g., hospitality, automotive, vacation rentals, or recreation).
- Strong background in full-funnel marketing, lead generation, and performance analytics.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to execute campaigns and also think strategically.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple locations.
- A creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit—ready to bring structure and vision to a growing business.
