Our client, a legal technology services provider, is seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Manager to drive brand awareness, event execution, and content strategy. This role is ideal for a mid-career professional with a strong background in marketing, event coordination, and content development. The position may be contract-to-hire or a three-month contract, depending on the candidate's fit and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, ensuring smooth operations and high engagement.
  • Develop and manage event-related marketing collateral, including invitations, promotional materials, and post-event content.
  • Create and oversee SME (Subject Matter Expert) content development to enhance brand positioning and drive social media engagement.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to support brand growth.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels to increase audience engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and execution.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign and event performance to inform future initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on event management and coordination.
  • Experience using HubSpot for marketing automation
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experience in collateral development, including brochures, digital content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Legal Tech industry.
  • Background in marketing consulting and services (as opposed to product marketing).
