They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth through customer engagement and strategic business development. This role involves building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts while ensuring a superior customer experience.

  • Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, builders, and property owners.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions from the product portfolio to meet their specifications and aesthetic goals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position products effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM software.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction, design, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
