  • Payroll Management & Compliance: Own the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee health, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and workers’ comp programs.
  • Stock Compensation: Manage stock-based compensation, taxation, and compliance.
  • Audits & Regulatory Compliance: Work with state agencies, manage unemployment claims, and respond to audits with confidence.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field is required.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with stock-based compensation and audits.
  • Expertise in ADP (this is a must!).
  • Ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and external regulatory agencies.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax laws, compliance, and multi-state payroll.
