Overview of the Position

The President will serve as a dynamic leader responsible for driving financial growth, professionalizing the sales organization, and enhancing customer relationships. This role encompasses oversight of all revenue-generating activities, including sales, marketing, and customer success, with a focus on scaling operations and cultivating a high-performance culture. The President will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure strategic alignment with operational capabilities, positioning the company for future success and potentially transitioning into the CEO role within a few years.

What You NEED to SUCCEED in this Challenging Role:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or revenue leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionalize and scale sales organizations while driving revenue growth.
  • Experience working with private equity-backed companies is highly desirable.
  • Charismatic, self-starting leadership style capable of building and maintaining a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to coach and develop teams, particularly in environments where talent development is a focus.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
  • Background in niche manufacturing or distribution with a strong understanding of long sales cycles and large deal sizes.
