Our client is a private equity-backed and rapidly scaling Insurtech company and market leader in their space. They have a full suite of products to optimize operational efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager – Insurtech with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive the success of their insurance/Insurtech products. This role will also involve supporting key initiatives for their payment product. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious product marketer with a background in the insurance industry and a proven ability to distill market insights into effective Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure smooth execution.
  • Use market data and customer insights to assess and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Understand target personas to drive insurance bookings and product adoption.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that increase awareness, adoption, and retention of insurance technology products.
  • Create clear and differentiated messaging for marketing and sales teams.
  • Produce consistent marketing materials across various formats, including slideware, ebooks, and videos.
  • Support field enablement and design campaigns to migrate customers to new payment technologies and launch new features.

What You NEED to SUCCEED in This Challenging Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance / InsurTech industry with expertise in product marketing and management.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts and communicate value effectively.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional projects without formal authority, with strong teamwork and relationship management skills.
  • Well-developed financial acumen, with bonus experience in pricing and packaging.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changes, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for learning and staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and experience in the payments space is a plus, along with a willingness to travel up to 10%.
