Electrical Construction Project Manager

Location: San Antonio, Austin, or Corpus Christi (with travel to SA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM

Role Overview:

Manage multiple commercial electrical projects across Texas, ensuring timely and successful execution. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractors, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and completion
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and material/labor projections
• Manage permits, reports, and deliveries
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and issue resolution
• Ensure field work aligns with blueprints, NEC, and local codes
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and adjust schedules as needed
• Provide regular project updates and close out projects to company standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management preferred)
• 3+ years managing commercial electrical projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Budget and schedule management experience

Bonus Skills:

• Procore experience (big plus)
• Familiarity with Accudesk and Salesforce
