As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced HR/People Operations professional to join their remote team and support the growth of their highly talented workforce.

What YOU get to DO in this position:

HR/People Operations:
- People Ops: Develop processes for employee relations, compliance, and HR policy development.
- Onboarding: Manage and improve new hire integration into the company culture.
- Internal Projects: Support employee engagement, performance management, and training.
- Policy Alignment: Help develop HR policies that reflect company values.

Recruiting
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source & Attract Talent: Use various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to identify top candidates.
- Build Recruiting Operations: Develop and optimize recruitment processes, systems, and workflows to support company growth.
- Assess Candidate Fit: Conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Align recruitment strategies with department needs.
- Elevate Candidate Experience: Ensure clear, timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track key KPIs (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates) to improve efforts.
- ATS Integrity: Ensure accurate candidate data and adherence to internal processes.
What YOU need to succeed in this role:
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven success in recruiting, HR, or People Operations, ideally within the wealth management or financial services sector.
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
- Advanced Recruiting Skills: Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment with the ability to manage high volumes of candidates.
- Process Building: Experience in building out recruitment and HR processes, workflows, and systems that align with business growth.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using ATS software to manage recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders across departments.
- Adaptability & Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Professionalism & Confidentiality: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
- Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fully remote setting.
