Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, custom-made iron doors and windows. They are known for their craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction and cater to both residential and commercial clients.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for an on-site Sales Manager responsible for leading and managing a small sales team to achieve sales targets and expand their market presence in North Austin. This role involves managing the current sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
