About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our tenured sales professionals and drive efficiency across sales and marketing functions. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role will play a critical part in managing HubSpot CRM, lead generation, sales support, marketing campaigns, and event coordination.

Location: Austin, TX (In-office at least 3 days per week)
 
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows.
  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, tracking opportunities, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Generate sales reports on performance, pipeline activity, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Track inbound and outbound leads, ensuring proper follow-up and documentation.
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales operations and propose enhancements to improve productivity.
  • Assist with the building and management of various sales channels and partnerships.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies, leveraging HubSpot automation tools.
  • Write and manage marketing scripts, email sequences, and campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and sales presentations using graphic design tools (preferably Adobe Suite).
  • Plan and coordinate client and industry events, managing logistics from venue selection to promotional materials and follow-up campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in B2B sales/marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM, including marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience in sales/marketing copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Graphic design skills, preferably familiarity with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT and/or Microsoft Copilot for marketing automation and content generation.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing sales and marketing initiatives.
