Sr Manufacturing Supervisor, 2nd Shift

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in achieving organizational goals while promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team.

What YOU get to DO at this growing company:

• Provide leadership and direction for operational activities, focusing on safety, quality, output, and cost objectives.
• Prioritize customer orders and manage schedules based on product introduction and materials supply.
• Develop and administer procedures and budgets, including capital expenditures and labor management.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise employees and perform similar tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards in production and quality control.
• Participate in production planning and capacity management.
• Conduct root cause analysis on deviations, providing corrective actions and preventive measures.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations.
• Experience in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceutical, aerospace).
• Knowledge of lean concepts and methodologies.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and adapt quickly to change.
